Weekends and bank holidays
Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays I work as normal. There's only a 42.35 € surcharge on the call-out.
Break-in attempt or forced lock
I secure the door on the spot: new cylinder, escutcheon or deadbolt. I leave the house locked even if it's the middle of the night.

Do you really answer the phone at night?
Yes. It's a real emergency service, not an answering machine. If I'm on another job I tell you how long I'll be.
How much is a locksmith at night in Menorca?
The night call-out is 78.65 € incl. VAT instead of 24.20 €. The job costs the same as by day. A slammed door on a weeknight is 181.50 € in total.
Are there any surcharges not on the website?
No. Call-out, bank holiday surcharge and the job. Parts, if needed, I tell you about before fitting them.
Do you cover the whole island at night?
Yes. Mahón, Es Castell and Sant Lluís in 10 to 15 minutes; Ciutadella in about 50. I confirm the time before I set off.
